Cleanable Team Leader - Full-time
About the role
- Full-time Team Leader. Looking for an experienced cleaning Team Leader to join our team on a Full-Time basis, 38 hours per week.
- Work will be in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne.
- Each shift you will start and finish from our Depot at 41 Production Drive, Campbellfield and drive our company Ute and lead a team of 1 – 2 staff where you will commence the job visiting 20-30 parks/ & Roadside locations and picking up general litter. Once the parks have been completed, you will travel to the Bolinda Rd Resource Centre, where you will dispose of the rubbish. At the end of the day, you will return to Campbellfield, where you will finish your shift with your team.
- Please note you will be driving our company's Ute.
About the team
Reporting to the Cleanable Supervisor, you’ll be part of Opendoor’s Cleanable Property Maintenance Services team, which delivers high-quality cleaning and property maintenance solutions to local councils and community clients. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and supporting every team member to succeed.
What we offer:
Monday to Friday Availability – Full-time role – 38 hours per week.
- $26.70 per hour.
- Additional Leading hand allowance $58.93 per week.
- Penalty rates apply on public holidays and weekends.
About you
You are someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys supporting your team to succeed.
You will have:
- Current Victorian driver’s licence.
- Must be able to drive company Ute.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)- Employee
- Be physically fit to undertake a hands-on role across multiple sites during the day.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in small teams.
- Ability to deliver quality service standards and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements: PPE: Steel cap boots, Hi-Vis.
Desirable:
- Experience mentoring supported employees (ADE clients)
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement processes
